Complete Cottage renovation in Waddington, Lincolnshire - Bespoke Builder, Bespoke Home Solutions Lincs

We completely renovated a 17th century cottage in the historic village of Waddington in Lincolnshire.

The project consisted of a full strip out, total redesign and installation of the home.

Oak flooring in the main living area, installation of a hand made stone fireplace, custom design and build of book case units within the main living room. Complete new kitchen with solid quartz worktops, standalone electric range cooker.

Dining area - hand built bespoke sliding door to create a hidden cubby, oak flooring.

All new second fix brass lighting and power accessories throughout the home.

Bathroom - installation of a non standard height shower enclosure and bar shower, fed from the combi boiler, tiled shower area, the sink was custom built from an antique chest of drawers with concealed waterfall taps and a surface sink bowl.

Painting and decorations: The whole house was primed with Zinsser Bullseye To create a consistent base and then hand painted with Farrow & Ball Estate paint throughout.

The entire project was completed by us, no subcontractors, just myself and my partner.
